Stars Sizzle at the 65th Cannes Film Festival.
The 65th Cannes Film Festival held in Cannes on France’s famed Cote D’Azure from May 16th – May 27th attracted stars from around the globe to view the juried films of the festival. This year was no exception attracting Brad Pitt, Shia La Boeuf, Jessica Chastain, and Jada Pinkett Smith, among others, to compete for the prestigious Palme D’Or.

The festival, established in 1946, gained in international acclaim attracted the likes of Sophia Lauren, Grace Kelly, Cary Grant, Brigitte Bardot, Alain Delon and Simone Signoret. In recent years the festival has drawn famed directors from around the globe who chose to launch their films, with this year’s films featuring Marion Cotillard, Reese Witherspoon and Nicole Kidman and newcomers Shailene Woodley and Mia Wasikowska in the films Lawless, Killing Them Softly and, Mud and this year’s big winner, Love, all will garner the attention of the viewing audience come fall.
