We offer free shipping on all orders, plus free shipping on all
returns as well. Both types of orders will be insured at no cost to
you.

How long
will it take for my purchase to arrive?
We ship via USPS Priority Mail, Flat Rate Service.
Following shipment, orders arrive in 2 - 3 business days (Monday
through Friday).
Jewelista.com orders, using USPS Priority Mail, Flat Rate
Service, can be delivered to every U.S. address, as well as
Post Office Boxes and military addresses. Delivery is also
guaranteed to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and the U.S. Virgin
Islands.

Will I need to sign for the
package when it arrives?
A signature is required when the item is delivered. If you are
not available at the address at the time of delivery, USPS will
leave notification that a package is being held for you at your
local Post Office. That way we can be sure that your item is held
in safe keeping.
If you know you will not be available to receive and sign for
your delivery on a weekday, we can arrange a Saturday delivery for
an additional fee. Please call us at 1-800-480-3016 and a
jewelista.com associate will arrange this for you.

What about security and
insurance when purchases are shipped?
To protect the security of your item, purchases from
jewelista.com will not be labeled shipped by jewelista. The item
will shipped under the name ADNY.
Your order will be fully insured when it is shipped to you.
Please carefully inspect the package for damage or tampering before
receiving or signing for receipt.

Do you ship to Shipping to APO
and FPO Addresses?
Jewelista.com will ship any jewelry order under $25,000 to an
APO / FPO address. jewelista.com ships all APO & FPO orders via
USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Service. The order should arrive at
the APO/FPO processing center 2-3 business days after being
shipped. From then on we rely on the military postal service
to deliver your order in a timely manner. Unfortunately we cannot
give you a definite delivery date and we are unable to track your
package from that point. If you have used USPS Priority Mail Flat
Rate to an APO and FPO address, you will likely know how long the
entire shipping process will take and you should expect to receive
your jewelista.com order in a similar timeframe.

Do you ship to any
countries other than the US and Canada?
At the present time we are able to process US and Canadian
orders only. For all international orders please email your request
to help@jewelista.com and we will let you know if we can
accommodate shipping to your location. We may not be able to ship
to your international location and apologize for the
inconvenience.

Returns
What is your return or
exchange policy?
We want you to be happy with your purchase from jewelista.com
and so we have a very generous return policy that includes free
return shipping.
Though special orders are non-cancelable and non-returnable,
regular orders can be returned within 30 days of receipt in their
complete original packaging and in unworn condition.
Security tags must be on the product. Any merchandise we send
you with a security tag will not be accepted for credit if the tag
is removed. Sorry, we cannot allow any exceptions to this
rule.
We are confident that our 30 day return policy will provide
enough time for you to consider and feel comfortable with your
purchase. Should you want to return the purchase, please follow the
steps below under "What must I do if I want to return an item I
purchased?" We will pay for the return shipping as well as
insure merchandise being returned.

What must I do if
I want to return an item I purchased?
To return a diamond or jewelry item to jewelista.com follow our
four step process:
- Obtain a Return Authorization Code. Email us at help@jewelista.com. Please
provide us your full name, invoice number, and item number that you
would like to return. We will send you a Return Authorization code
in 1 business day, along with a USPS prepaid return label. You may
also call 1-800-480-3016 and you will be given a Return
Authorization Code. You can use the same box that was sent to you
with your purchase and then cover over the original label with your
new return label. Or use a USPS Priority Mail Medium Flat Rate box
available free of charge at your United States Post Office.
- Include original packaging. Remember that jewelry must be
returned with a security tag still on the product. Jewelry returned
without the security tag will not be accepted for credit. Please
note: For security reasons the label will not say Jewelista in the
return address. The return address will be to ADNY. You must use
this prepaid label that includes delivery confirmation information,
so that we can track your package on its way back to us. If
you do not use our prepaid label, we do not guarantee the return
will be processed. For security reasons, do not write jewelista
anywhere on the outside of the box.
- Take your package to your local US Post Office. You must follow
these instructions exactly. Failure to do so will prevent the
process of your return. If you have any questions about our return

Office so we can track the item you are returning

How long does it take to get a
refund when I return a piece of jewelry?
To keep things simple, we go through certain steps to get your
refund to you as quickly as possible. We will issue a refund when
the following has been checked:
- Does the return label have a valid Return Authorization
number?
- Is the all original packaging enclosed? And is the security tag
still attached to the jewelry?
- Is the jewelry received in the same way it was sent? We will
rely on our Quality Assurance department to check there are no
signs of wear and that the jewelry has not been altered, resized or
damaged in any way. Engraved jewelry items may not be
returned.
Once these three steps have been completed successfully, you
will get a full refund on your credit card within 24-48 hours.
Once we process the credit, it will depend on your credit card
company to reflect the credit against your account.
If you do not follow the above shipment instructions for return,
the return package will be uninsured and we will refuse to receive
it.
